Rules of Ranks

  • Asking for ranks will NOT get you ranked up. If you've done something to earn a rank up, all requirements to that rank may be skipped.
  • Active Status: means logging in at least once a week, unless you have a good reason.

  • Inactive status: You are declared inactive if you do not log in or gain XP for 45 days. You will start being demoted on the following week, and every week after that week, until you are the lowest rank, and you will be kicked for inactivity.

  • Respect travels both ways, Clan members must respect clan staff, and the clan staff respect clan members.

  • Clan Cloak:  To keep higher ranks, you must maintain 3 stars on your clan cape. Less stars may be wavered if you have a valid excuse on not capping.

  • Old Revenant Hunting Allies: If you were once in the W141RevHunts or W50RevHunts clan, or Revenant hunted  with God55, Kathryns bow, or Playpro5, (Before 2011 with proof) You automatically quality for a star rank. The Star rank will be determined on your previous rank and your status in the Revenant hunting chats.

  • 7-Day Rank policy: If you are promoted, and already meet the requirements for the next rank; you must sit at that Rank for at least one week before being advanced, unless wavered.
  • Clan Staff are carefully selected from the Captains and Generals, They then must require Three-Forth of the current clan staff vote to join the ranks of the clan staff.
  • Kick/ban policy: Exiled Empire clan staff may kick or banned clan members who constantly violate clan rules or  disturb the friendly and peaceful atmosphere of Exiled Empire.
  • Merge Policy: In a Merge, the clan that is merging, the leader and up to two keys may instant join the clan staff (starting up to coordinator), depending on the clan size. Admin+ of the merging clan will start off as Generals, and will be promoted when ready. All General and under may keep their ranks, but however, must start abiding by The Exiled Empire Clan Rules and Regulations and the rank system. Failure to uphold, will result in demotions. Admin+ of the merging clan may start off at General, depending on the merging clan's size.  In clans 15-40 members, only the leader and one key rank may start off in the Clan Staff with the maximum rank of Organiser. General- may start at one rank lower, with their admin+ respectfully placed between Captain and General. clans with less than 10-15 clan members are not considered full sized, and the Clan leader may start as a General if their full clan is active and joins. Up to three admin+ will sit as a Lieutenant. The rest will sit between Sergeant and recruit, depending on their previous rank, and how active the player is. Clans with less than 10 members are not deemed worthy to merge to Exiled Empire, and must start over in our normal rank system. The leader may have an exception up to Sergeant.
  • Waver Policy: If a Clan member is wavered to a rank, They may skip all the requirements to that rank. However, the requirements for the next rank must be reached in order to achieve it.  Being a very good clan member (Helping clan members, following clan rules, participating in regular events, capping, etc.)  is a good way to get noticed by Exiled Empire clan staff, which is a good way to be Meritoriously promoted.
  • Clan Fealty Policy: If a clan member holds a rank, and does not uphold clan fealty (Capping in the citadel.) They will be bumped down. (This is represented by the stars on the bottom of your clan cloak, or if you are examined by a clan Admin in the clan chat, pressing the coin stack button next to the clan mate's name) It is occasional someone may miss a week, we all understand, but missing 3 weeks consecutive, let a clan staff know if you wont have time, and why that week.
  •  (Hardcore)/Ironman accounts:  We currently do not accept ironman accounts. In order to hold an ironman account in Exiled Empire, you must have your main account as well. This is because Ironman accounts, like side accounts, tend to become inactive.  If you have a hardcore ironman account in Exiled Empire that dies, you must notify a clan staff.

Asking for ranks will NOT get you ranked up. If you've done something to earn a rank up, all requirements to that rank may be skipped.
